If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
HotelNiva is an online hotel booking platform that helps travelers find and book accommodation near Universal Studios Hollywood (California) and Universal Orlando Resort (Florida). HotelNiva acts as an intermediary between guests and hotel partners. We are not the hotel operator and are not responsible for the direct delivery of hotel services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking on HotelNiva. By using the Platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Your booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email from HotelNiva. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
All prices displayed on HotelNiva are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are per room per night and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees, which will be disclosed before you complete your booking. Payments are processed securely. HotelNiva does not store your full payment card details.
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and booking type. The specific policy applicable to your booking will be clearly shown before you confirm. For bookings with free cancellation, you may cancel without charge up to the deadline stated in your confirmation. For non-refundable bookings, no refund will be issued upon cancellation. HotelNiva's cancellation fee (if any) will be disclosed at checkout.
Standard check-in and check-out times are determined by the individual hotel and will be communicated in your booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly to the hotel. Guests must present valid photo ID at check-in.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with the hotel's house rules. Any damage to hotel property caused during your stay may result in additional charges. HotelNiva reserves the right to cancel bookings without refund if a guest is found to be in serious violation of a hotel's policies.
We work hard to ensure all hotel descriptions, photos, amenities, and pricing are accurate. However, HotelNiva cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information provided by hotel partners. Availability is subject to change at any time. If any material inaccuracy is discovered, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HotelNiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any hotel stay booked through us. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
All content on the HotelNiva Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of HotelNiva or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. HotelNiva is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
